My problem is critical, completely preventing me from proceeding, and cannot wait for normal processing. I understand that critical issues may be submitted between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm U.S. Central time daily, and that I may be contacted at the phone numbers I’ve provided at any time during those hours. I agree to remain available to provide feedback and to assist with resolving the problem. I also understand that failure to respond to contact attempts may result in my current issue being treated as a normal priority.
